Powering the Device
Connect to a 120V AC non-switched circuit using the AC Quick Connector. The internal lithium battery activates automatically when mounted. The green LED should turn on when the alarm is receiving AC power.

Set up Steps:
Turn off the power to the circuit.
Remove the mounting bracket and secure it to the junction box.
Connect household wires to the AC Quick Connector.
Plug the connector into the back of the alarm until it clicks.
Tuck the excess wire into the junction box.
Mount the alarm by rotating it clockwise into the bracket.
Turn on the power and confirm the green LED is lit.
Press and hold TEST/SILENCE button to confirm operation.
